I think u have ur answer in the statement 'which I am over qualified for'. It is a catch 22 type of thing and it sucks. Companies want people to have experience but not too much experience and logically a person would want a person who will come in and handle the job but when I asked an interviewer what exactly did they mean when they said that I was over qualified, they reply was "I would not have the challenge and could possibly end up leaving putting them back to interviewing for the position". And at the Worksource here in Houston Texas they tell us that companies want people who are not set in their ways when it comes to experience - So review and see if any of this applies and if not maybe it is time for u to do something different i.e. change career fields, start your own company, etc.

Siblings will continually experience they're being unfairly taken care of, yet from what you have mentioned, it variety of feels that's a foul case. i think of the terrific component to do is to have a be conscious together with her amazing and clarify your emotions to her - she's your mum, she does love you, even however at circumstances it feels as though she would not, or that she loves your brother greater. via fact he's youthful, she would be in a place to desire him to be in contact in golf equipment and issues to do, yet she thinks you're mature adequate to no longer could desire to be continuously entertained, or she won't like your friends, and is attempting to maintain you faraway from them. She sees her little lady becoming up very quickly, and is probably attempting to slow you down a sprint, and what could look ruining your existence good now, must be what she sees as greater proper interior the long term.

In how jobs are administered you ae never going to win. You need to begin looking for work elsewhere. When you have other options you have a bargaining chip to use with your boss. But when you throw dow the gauntlet that you are prepared to take another job then be prepared to leave the job you are in and take the other job.
You really have to be proactive and promotional in your job. If no one knows what you are doing then you are just another face in the crowd.

They might be afraid that you will get their job one of these days. This often happens when you are more qualified than your boss (or boss's boss).
However, it could also be your spelling/grammar?
Stop using phrases such as "I have got" or "in the feedback i get from the interviewers is" ------use "their" when talking about ownership, such as "their ideas"------and what's up with "dosent" (should be doesn't)?
My apologies if you are from another country and just trying your best at English...

In the Corporate states of America, unless you are already in the top levels of management, then you are doomed to be treated like a third world country low wage slave.
Being over qualified makes your potential employers worry that they might have to pay you a reasonable salary/wage or that you might go after their precious position.
to answer your question, yes you probably are being unfairly treated.

the truth is, you might be, but you might not be. It really depends on the situation that upper management is trying to rectify.
however, if you feel you are good enough, start looking somewhere else. Lets face it, if you are not happy, then leave... If you can find something better. If not, try to make peace with the situation and sit tight and keep trying. Your HR person might get the hint.

these are low quality companies who dont understand in the long run it costs more and is worse for the compay in recruiting ppl who dont know the job, and giv them low pays, but after a cycle, the person would leave anyway since they have learnt the job and its back to square 1

My job got me so "down" that I left a very reputable company after 9.5 years. For me it was worth it. My sense of self worth was in shambles. It was wonderful leaving the company and knowing that I was not dependent on them or their assessment of me. Even with the best of companies your welfare is not their number one concern. It is staying in business. Try to keep your sense of self and well being out of the hands of the companies. Companies are too precarious and unreasoned to be where you leave your sense of self!!
