You get a lot of practice reading scrambled up words on this site from questions that are misspelled so yes I can read it-- The rest can be a total mess and you can still read it.
This chain letter has been out for a long time and I had the privilege of getting it when I first got a computer several years ago.
And yes spelling is every important.

If it doesn't matter what order the letters are in, and the mind reads the word as a whole, then why is this limited to 55 out of 100?

It not always tru when you have to scramble words like whether and weather, share and shave, and many other words which have about the same number of characters and same beginning and end letters.

Yes...I can read it quite well...I think that its the way you learn to speed read by only using the first and last letters of each word.

yes i can read it.. i just didn't somehow get one word until my brother came and read it. sgtrane,,i was concentrating on arranging the letters without reading it
