One thing about Israel that seems to be a constant is that they don't give a rat's a** what the media thinks and that if you hurt them, they hurt you back with a vengeance. They do not give in to terrorist threats or actions. You can rest assured that those responsible for this kidnapping will feel the pain of Israeli revenge if not today, then tomorrow.

Which promise? The one to destroy the democratically elected government of Palestine? Why do so many people think Israel is the victim?
Israel will react in a way the Palestinians haven't seen before? Does that mean they will bulldoze the people and not just their houses and olive groves? Will they refuse American tax dollars and finance their own military? Will they stop destroying the infrastructure of Palestinian cities. Will they allow the Palestinians to live in peace and be able to earn their livings? Will they stop claiming victimhood as they destroy anything the Palestinians try to build for themselves?
Or, will they ask America for more war machines and money to charge up the genocide?

I think Israel will be tempted to make a deal, but won't. It would be foolish to do so because it would open the door for future kidnappings, and Israel knows it.
I think eventual war will happen there, now that Hamas is involved in Government. And even sweeter than that for Israel, Hamas is legit now, so they can be attacked as a nation state. They are no longer a bunch of rag tag terrorists (well, they are, but...). Hamas in government form opens them up to conventional warfare, and Israel no doubt see's this as an opportunity.
If only Al Queda would make the same mistake.

you moron rednecks are indeed the dummest creatures on earth! Thank god i'm european.
Palestine was never Israel's country in the first place. Darfour's agreement was to make Palestine, Israel's new country.
If you call Palestinians terrorists for fighting for their freedom and own rights, fighting to defend themselves, fighting for the protection of their elders and young.
Then what do you call when Israelies fire missiles at churches and mosques? When they rain missiles and rockets at schools and universities? When they blow up and burn children that are trying to defend themselves and their freedom and rights?
I've never seen such denial in my life before.
Palestine kidnapped only 1 soldier.
in return, Israel kidnapped 18 palestinian Ministers.
isn't that a bit too off-limit?

Satan's name is apt.
If any harm comes to their soldier (I'm not convinced he's still alive) Israel will keep its promise and will probably kill the leaders of Hamas, including those in Syria. You don't mess with those guys.
