Just because I told her about the aliens dressed like ninjas that landed in the backyard last night. I saw them creeping around the kitchen window. They are after the Rice Krispies, I just know it!

Don't worry about the alien ninjas. They're just practicing. I asked them this morning. As for your wife, don't worry about it. It's just that they hide when she's around. They don't want her to know about them because they're very shy. However they are comfortable around you. And for heaven's sake, give them the Rice Krispies. Ever see an alien ninja flip out? It's not pretty.

OMG! After the Rice Krispies???! Tell your wife that she has to stay up all night with you so she can make Rice Krispie treats for your visitors! How rude of her not to believe you. I do! Really i do!!! I think i seen them looking in your kitchen window too!

You fool! The alien ninjas were just a diversion! While you were watching them, the mutant telepathic mice snuck into your bedroom and kidnapped all the dust bunnies under the bed!
Your wife is being mind-controlled; that's why she keeps telling you to ignore all the things you KNOW are happening. You must tie her up and tickle-torture her to release their evil grip on her mind.
