Im in a new job and thats part of my mission as our new site doesn't seem to be doing well. Any ideas?

well there are many steps to follow:
1. write articles and publish in ezines, with your ads on then.
2. secondly make sure your site is search engine optimized.
3. next join a campaign program
4. open a google adword account

Need ........... Generate it.
People will come to your site if it is a sort of help or guidance.Some attraction is to be there .Add a game or just give to pics have some differences and ask people to find them and the person who finds all the differences will get certain prize.Add advertisements or links of some other sites.I guess this will do.

MLM's, multi level marketing schemes, some can be very dodgy so be carefull, but some are really good.
Also go to Ask.com and search for a site that has info on the most searched key words, try and incorporate these into your site, if you want any more marketing advice conact me but it will cost you ; )
