its not rythmic with each step, sometimes its quick and sometimes its slower it feels like if you get your nail on your finger and flick it off the edge of a table... weird i know its happened for a few years now but only when i walk, become worse when i go to the gym and i go on the treadmill, click click click click click , dosent hurt or anything just reallllyyy anoying. i dont thinkits tinittus becuase its not a sound i hear its something i can feel and like i said its only when i walk run hop extra...

It is your top of your jaw bone clicking. It is common, but see the doctor as it can cause migrans later in life....

sounds like you might have a few vertabra locked together.i know this might sound wierd ,but i have the same problem.i went to a chiropracter and i was told i have 2 locked vertabra.i went to another one in a differant town and was told the same thing.go see one and have x-rays taken.better safe then sorry

It does sound like some sort of osteo-related problem. Could be circulatory. I feel that you should go to the doctor and have yourself checked out to be safe.
