I think the Sprite commercial where the basketball players jump into the court for a swim is inspired - there is so much rubbish on the television it's refreshing to see something different

i just love the jaffa cake ad, the one where she says her daughter says theres only one gram of fat in a jaffa cake and she must be lieing then she is trapped down a well....you know the one? well that one makes me laff!!!

The British Sprite adverts are ace, they talk about the fact that sprite ia also the name of an imp-like creature, a guy walks into the chippie and orders a sprite with his chips (fries for any yanks here), the shop worker sits this green imp creature on the table, who then proceeds to prod the ketchup bottle. The tune they use really makes the sprite look playful!

I like the Nike Ads... and the Canon commercials can be good. But I agree about Budweiser... back in the day the ones with the frogs were awesome.. and the ones with the Clydesdales playing football, esp. the one when they kick the extra point and the guy asks *do they always do that* and the other guy answers *Nah.... they usually go for two*... that's brilliant! :)

The best ad ever was the Guinness 'Surfer' ad. From the opening "He waits. That's what he does ..." all the way through, it is a singular and self-contained argument in favour of the concept of advertisement as art form. Oh, and the horses in the waves are amazing.

I like the honda adverts (diesal - hate something etc and the choir singing brillant), also like the TV company advert with bouncing coloured balls (san franciso style roads) - love the music as well, anyone know it?

I love the sprite ones to can you get the little sprite characters in toy form like from the gadget shop or somewhere i'd love one.

Guinness adverts are great. I like the evolution one at the moment but my favourite was the clock and horses in the waves.

It would be nicer to see some programs between the adverts these days,infact the cleverist ads are the ones that are like programs,they seem to last as long.!!!!!!!!!!!

I know you only get this one in Scotland - the Irn Bru 32 add where the man pops thru the library shelves and says "cuckoo" in a macho grisly Scottish accent.. then says to the librarian "I'll shoosh you, you tweedy old crow!".
Funny stuff.
