Where can I purchase an extension rod for my ceiling fan?

Any home improvement center - Home Depot, Lowes, hardware store, etc. They will have different lengths and colors.

In the box in my ceiling fan, I had a number to ring for extension rods.
Have you tried ringing the supplier of manufacturer.
