Talk to people around you. Friends, businesses, etc. If you see a good site that you would like to model after then find out who does that. Usually it will be somewhere on the page. Or you can buy cheap editions of software and try it out before you shell out big bucks.

well... check around your home and community for experienced designer... contact.. your frens they can help you.. may be they know.. some web desginers... i know web designing but i can't help you.... i can't get phyiscal access... and contacting... so online only is not enough to help... and make good looking website
