At this point in time it is Randy Orton.

2 years ago Brock Lesnar held that honour.

Also 2 years before that The Rock was the youngest champion.

But technically Randy Orton is the first and only youngest World Heavyweight Champion since Rock and Brock gained their honours from winning the WWE Championship.

Hope that answers your question.

The youngest champion in WWE history is none other that Randy Orton, he won at Summerslam 2004 defeating Chris Benoit with the RKO, but from his attuitude towards the WWE he lost it to Triple H at Unforgiven 2004...

Brock Lesnar was the future of WWE but since he had "walked" out on WWE to preform in another organisation without the premission of any management, they thought they would take his title of being the youngest...i bet if he left on better records they wouldnt have gave Orton the "youngest" champ award...as it now has went straight to his head...but he is good

Unfortunately it's the egotistical, arrogant jerkoff (who's not even attractive to look at) Randy Orton. He didn't deserve the title. Hopefully, they'll break off 20-year-old Kenny from the Spirit Squad, give him a mega push, and then HE will become the youngest champ in WWE history. I can dream, right?
