If you are on a corporate lan or wan, 99.99% of the time your activity is monitored. And your PC can be remotely viewed and controlled.

Yeah, there's a thing that comes with XP called XP Agent or Microsoft Agent.
If you go to Microsoft and need help, they will actually log onto your computer via this tool.
