marrying for "family reasons?" It's not her FAMILY that has to marry the guy-- the only thing I can think of is MONEY that she's marrying him for and if that case-- do you really want to spend your life waiting on a glorified prostitute? She doesn't love you or she wouldn't be marrying another guy and expecting you to stay single-- RUN.

means she has chosen her family over you. the family pushed for her to marry another and she doesnt want to let go of you "wich is her reasoning for telling you not to be with someone else." unfortunitly yes she may love you forever but she is going to marry another man. you are going to have to move on with your life.
