Only two angels are mentioned by name in the Bible. Michael - whose name means "who is like God?" - is mentioned in Daniel 10:13, 21; 12:1, Jude 9, and Revelation 12:7. Gabriel, "soldier of God", is mentioned in Daniel 8:16; 9:21, Luke 1:19 and 26.
How art thou fallen from heaven,
O Lucifer, son of the morning!
How art thou cut down to the ground,
who didst weaken the nations!
The word "Lucifer" for some reason has been accepted as a name for "Satan", although this is the only occurrence of the word in the entire Bible
Sheitan (also spelled Shaitan) is an Arabic term for a demon or devil.

Ok.... Dale has a politically correct answer. However, my question to him would be- If only two angels names are mentioned in the Bible (Michael & Gabriel) then where did you get the Verse about Lucifer? Obviously, NOT, from the Bible, then?!

As far as I know his name is Lucifer (Light Bearer)... He's not opposite of God ('cause God created him), but he's opposite of Michael (Head Archangel)

I'm partial to "Nicky" myself, but there are lots of names for the dark one.
