Get the Official Guide for GMAT review (you can order it from mba.com). At the beginning of the newest edition (11th I think, it's orange), there's a diagnostic test so you can see where you stand for now.
If you need more than just practice, I recommend The Princeton Review's book, Cracking the GMAT, unless your English is not great. If your English is not great, take an English class first. (You will also need the TOEFL for Harvard.)
I don't know about full scholarships, but 66% of Harvard MBA students receive some form of financial aid. However, 66% is also the percentage of American students.
