i live in saudi arabia, sometimes i need to go to some restricted sites. someone told me that if i configure my IE or proxy server in a certain way, i would be able to avoid being restricted or blocked.
please help me on this. i do appreciate it.

Sorry if you have restricted sites on your PC then it must be for good reason to restrict you. By chance you could be under age.

use tor, and get firefox and the switch proxy extention
type tor into google and youll find it

disable ur proxy in regedit
