either he's insensitive and only in it for himself
or he has pre-mature ejaculation problems and needs to see a doctor

Well it's pretty hard for both partners to finish up at exactly the same time. Hopefully he doesn't c-m really quickly, like in a minute or two. He can learn to control it by going until he feels his ejaculation approaching and then taking a short break and then starting again. That takes your cooperation because you have to stop moving when he tells you to. Him masturbating an hour or so before you have sex may also help (maybe you can even give him a hand job or a b--- job), More importantly, he should be willing to help you have your orgasm(s) after intercourse by using his fingers or mouth. If he doesn't do this, shame on him! Then use your own fingers or better yet find a new boyfriend. There is much more to sex than f--king!

Speaking from a guys perspective, Its possible that you may be so attractive to him or so sexy during intercourse that it may be too much for him to handle. Advice? Slow things down, a lot. Make the experience as romantic as possible. Do other things besides intercourse. Does he go for oral sex? Does he like to perform oral on you? This is a solution that I have used due to being a little premature sometimes. Just so she can climax in some way as well. I hope this helps some.

This happens a lot, and especially with young men who behave usually rather selfish during intercourse and have not (yet) learned to delay their climax.
Older and more experienced men are much better in this regard, and many women and girls see the light and chose a mature partner.
