Because men are complicated, they go about finding love a different way than what women do, you can't force someone to love you, and you shouldn't try. If you lavish gifts on him without return, then he's not worth it and you need to move on.

because that's how it is...if the person doesn't love you back, just accept it, move on...that may be a sign that you're not destined to be together...forcing that someone to love you will get you hurt in the end...let it go...and enjoy what comes your way to the fullest.

Try to fill up your time DOING things you enjoy, whether that is reading, swimming, going to the movies, constructing sets for community theater. ANYTHING but staying at home, by yourself and thinking about that person.
