cricket is the worst service ever in the planet it stink's it drop's calls and thing's and u cant travel and stuff that probaly didnt help but yea

If I were u i'd stick to one of the big-name service providers ( e.g: sprint, cingular, T-mobile or verizon) because they are more reliable
