Me and my colleagues have come up with an idea of setting up a paper re-cycling factory after noticing a lot of used paper (old newspapers,packing paper,old office stationery,etc) is disposed of mostly by burning, thus harming the enviroment. We have no idea whether recycled paper can compete with fresh,imported paper and if the venture can be profitable.We would like to invest an amount not exceeding USD100,000.

Soory if you have only that amount of money because for a paper making plant you neeg much more than that. China is making good machines at very good low prices (but not for 100K). I have a very good friend who is one of the top world experts in paper making, he may take you by the hand in something like this but 100k is what he makes for consulting in 2 weeks.
