While having sex do not be worried about you coming early, relax your mind and enjoy it. In the middle of the activity try and think of your enemies, divert your attention there.

Well, condom really helps but may not be applicable at all times (cos its better with a naked weapon)!. Other solution is diverting your mind and controlling your strength (give me a correct word here),,, u need to know u have time!

The divert your attention idea is very good. Envision something distasteful like cleaning up cat puke or dog crap. Also, go slow and take short strokes... savor it until it's time to go for the long strokes. Practice, practice, practice.
