Enough for what? are you trying to accomplish something? Or are you wondering at which point your tally of bedroom conquests would make you something of an oddity if you hadn't contracted some sort of STD or another?
I personally think that if a boy starts having sex when he's 14 (i think that's an average age for boys), then by 25 (maybe average marrying age?) anywhere from 20-30 girls is a respectable number.
Of course that really depends on if you went to college and/or what career you had as a young adult. College boys tend to get more, as do young men with jobs like bartenders, bouncers....pretty much any guys who have day-to-day contact with young, naive/stupid drunk girls.

that entirely depends on you... some men are happy with one, while others need to try different people before settling down, while others still will never settle down. It's important to remember that the number of sex partners you've had in your life is not a competition, and those who try to make it one are generally insecure about themselves. It's important also to incorporate yourself morally no matter what you decide to do. I'll give you three examples:

A guy who worked for me got married to his girlfriend when he was 18. His girlfriend was his only partner and 7 years later, she is still his only partner and he is happy.

Myself, I've had fifteen sex partners before my wife and none but my wife after. I settled down with her with no regrets of "missing out"

Another co-worker and friend has had well over 200 partners. His last partner he decided he wanted to "settle down" and was completely miserable for six months. Now he is back to casual (and responsible) sex, and he is happy.

All three of us are happy and secure, and all three of us have had very different sex lives. It all depends... but keep in mind as well we are all honest about what we want.

All of them are enough. Wilt Chamberlain sure nailed his share of dogs, huh? Whatta' wonderful example for the rest of us. And never returned a phone call. Damn, I wish I could live like that.

Actually, "Buckwheat" has the definitive answer as I have checked this out on the Duke University web site and I concur.

I don't know about enough, but if sex ever becomes something that you actually are bored doing, then you've probably had too many and it has lost all meaning and the feeling behind it.

actually,a male can be satisfied with only 1 sex partner throughout his life but it can also be that he may have sex with 20 people before he finds the right person.
it's about clicking with the right person and also about one's own attitude.
if the male wants to have fun, obviously he wouldn't be satisfied with any one person, but if he is in love with someone and then mates and they click..then that's the right person. It's all about clicking with the right person and attitude of the person

Every person is different, so It's probably safe to say that every male has different numbers and usually the guys who say they have had sex with so and so number of females, are only bragging to their boys.

Lust is never satisfied. The more partners you have, there is less left of you, and the more you want to regain what you lost. When you lust after something, whatever it is you will never be satisfied. It is a lose lose, situation. ESPECIALLY PHYSICAL LUST; IT WILL TAKE YOU TO PERVERSION. Remember, LOVE conquers all; Lust destroys all. Be Wise!!
