First, I 'd move the United Nations offices from New York to either Switzerland or New Zealand. Id declare a moratorium on Wars, any country who violates this will be erased from the face of earth. All countries will be encouraged to develop mass transport systems and veer away from cars. All sources of electrical power will under strict control and will be offerred cheaply for all. Water supply systems will be under the same control and offerred cheaply to consumers. Cement prices will also be under control and offerred at a very low price. Electrical power supply, water supply and cement are the three neccessary foundations of progress and should not be in the hands of private corporations who are all just in for the profit. Public services are that: service

I'd tell all the CEO's that they would have to make do on what they already have...no more pay, stock options or bonuses for them...they have enough...then I'd give everyone that works a regular job double thier old salary or wages...
(Pollution would stop itself...you know how many people with houses are sick of thier fuel bills...?? I bet alot of them would use some of the extra money to do thier homes up with some kind of alternative energy set-up...)

Yeah, I know this kind of thing has been done in the past.
But something has to be done to stop the hurting of little children.

Hatred! I would put an international law in motion that no person is to act out of hatred towards another. If you do and I the leader finds out it is your head:)

Probably I would place more in education on social behaviour. I think people would benefit to learn how to listen and have deep empathy to their fellow citizen. Yep, that would be my first thing: education.
