I'm not sure if "peanut oil" is soluble in ethyl alcohol, but you can try it. I'm pretty sure you could extract the avocado, provided you dried it first. By the by, ethyl alcohol is commonly known as "Everclear."
Do this extraction with peppers before performing with the first two ingredients. Practice makes perfect. You need a few dried jalepenos (habeneros, whatever), a Mason jar, and some Everclear. Grind the peppers, put them in the jar, and pour in enough alcohol to cover the peppers TWICE over. If you have an inch of peppers, in other words, cover them with two inches of alcohol. Put the lid on tightly, and shake the jar every so often, over a span of a day or two. Remove the lid, secure the mouth of the jar with a piece of cheesecloth, and leave the jar someplace warm for a couple of days. Eventually the Everclear will evaporate, and you'll be left with a red liquid in the bottom of the jar. This is "essence of jalapeno," my friend. Otherwise known as "capsaicin" i.e. very hot stuff.
***Editor's note***
This is a VERY CRUDE extraction, but an effective one, nonetheless. You can do this with a variety of herbs, spices, things of the like, as long as the essence that you are trying to extract is soluble in ethyl alcohol. You can use chilled or heated ammonia, as well, however, if you aren't careful, you may end up poisoning someone, or worse, forcefully dismembering your home. PLEASE TAKE CARE!

"Peanut Oils
Peanut oil is obtained by one of three methods, including hydraulic, expeller and solvent extraction methods. The hydraulic method of extraction consists of pressing the shelled peanuts under 14,000 psi, while adding steam and heat.
Expeller pressing is the most popular method of peanut oil extraction. Expeller pressing resembles a modern day meat grinder. Peanuts are fed into a grinder, and pressure is added as the screw turns. This forces the mass out through a perforated screen. The screen separates the oil from the proteinaceous material.
The solvent method is the most expensive of the three methods. It involves using hexane to extract oil from a peanut meal. This method is frequently combined with the expeller methods."

"Oils are extracted by elution, either by crushing and/or with an appropriate solvent -- which solvent depends upon a variety of factors. The crude oil will generally need to be purified to remove residual water, solid materials, other substances and so on. The purification process will depend upon the end use intended for the oil."
