It is a line from the Khorda Avesta, the Zoroastrian Common Book of Prayer.

One of the verses that use the phrase reads -

ahe raya hvarenanghaca
tem ýazâi surunvata ýasna mithrem vouru-gaoyaoitîm zaothrâbyô, mithrem vouru-gaoyaoitîm ýazamaide râma-shayanem hushayanem airyâbyô dainghubyô.

The particular line you cited means We sacrifice to Mithra, the Lord of Wide Pastures.

I Googled each of the words and I think it's Hindi. I don't have a good idea of what it means, My guess is it is somehow related to Zoroastrianism, the predecessor of the Jewish faith.
