If you look at a 50 year old women or man, compared to other 50 year old people across the planet, you will find that men and women from China look the youngest. However no matter how you look at it, men and women from America never seem to acually look the youngest compared to any country.
What is the difference? why are they so young looking?

Diet, Chinese believe in herbal remedies. While they consume green tea, we on the other hand have fizzy drinks and Coffee.Jus 1 out of a million reasons why they look younger and healthier

Ah... the one thing I have to look forward to in the future, not wrinkling and looking as old as my friends.... but serious, africans and asians looks younger because we do not wrinkle as fast as Europeans do. It's because we have oily skin that retains it's shape better (which is a pain when you're young, I swear to god I had to wash my face 2 times during the school day in middle school and in high school) while caucasians tend to have drier skin that will wrinkle faster. Oh, and the roundness of the face thing that everyone else said. So I guess having obnoxious skin that doesn't cooperate for the first 40 years of our lives eventually pays off.

No they don't. Youngest race is black. When I see them it's always very hard to say how old they are and the same is with many other people all over the world. They're skin on face and hand and all to gather looks very young and many have naturally black hair even in age.
Chinese look bit childlike because of their shape of face but not really young. Still better then many Americans.

it's the geometry of the face behind the reason why they look younger, it is a fact that rounded faces appear to be younger, they remind us vaguely of the sweet roundness of babies' faces, and short noses have the same effect, so is the narrow forehead
(wide forehead suggests baldness which is a charachteristic of older people), and also the width between the eyes, the wider, the younger, and chinese people have it wider :) so you see, it's all about geometry
