What is your goal for the site? What one thing do you want me the viewer to do - what is your call to action? I can't find it anywhere. It's not enough to have a "nice site" as I suspect you have already found out.
You need a headline, that contains a big bold exciting promise and compels me to keep reading.
You need testimonials - exact quotes from happy customers stating how your service provided X results. With pictures, real names, locations, even audio or video.
You need emotional benefits - what's the real deep down emotional reason your customers buy? Address that.
You need a USP - what makes you unique and the only possible choice?
You need a guarantee.
There's more, but that's enough to get you further.

Hello,
I had a quick look at your website - it's very nice and clean and easy to navigate. It also loads quickly in my browser.
It would be good to have information about exactly where your classrooms are based (i.e. it says Bangalore, but there is no address). I also find that examples of pricing can be useful too.
How do you plan on getting visitors to your site? If you are hoping to do this via the search engines (e.g. Google, Yahoo) I would recommend having a think about which keywords people would use when they visit your site. You can use Yahoo's overture tool to get keyword suggestions - http://www.pixelfast.com/overture/
Once you know your keywords you need to make sure that you have them in your title bar, in your H1 tags, throughout the body text in your page etc. Then you should try to build up the links to your website to help increase your rank in the search engine and make sure your keywords are in the linking text.
Cheers,
Suzanne
