Junk yard/salvage yard. Look in the phone book in your area. There will be one. It is a popular make and model so you are sure to find one pretty easy. Take a screwdriver, pliers and about $10 and go get it.

It is still possible to get a new one from a Ford dealer, or try your nearest auto junk yard.
