Hey... this is gonna be my first time making some steak for my family... well I already marinaded the steak and its in the refridge. for almost an hour... so basically I am preparing potatos and salad. Should I clean the potatoes, NOT peel their skin, and boil them or cover them with tin foil and put them into conv. oven? Either way, how long should I leave them that way and what is the temperature (if it's for conv oven)
Alright as I put the steak onto the grill, should I prepare something so I can coat it while grill it?
Thanks, I may need some advice too!

If your grilling steak try this with the potatoes it is delicious and easy. Wash the potatoes, leave the skin on and cut into thin slices, take two large sheets of foil and cross them, butter the sheet that the potatoes will be on, slice mushrooms, green peppers, and onions, add salt and pepper a few more dollops of butter and wrap everything in the foil, you may need another sheet around it after you wrap it to make sure nothing leaks out. Put this on the grill, close the lid and let cook 10 minutes, turn over and cook another 10 minutes, turn back over and at this time you can put the steaks on, by the time the steaks are done so will the potatoes. I hope this helps.

Try cleaning the potatoes and cutting them into cubes. Leave the skin on. If you have lipton onion soup you could put the potatoes in a plastic bag with some oil, add the dry soup mix to the bag and shake. spread on cookie sheet and bake @ 400 intil fork tender. Or you can just bake them whole wraped in foil. Wash, coate lightly with oil and sea salt. Wrap in foil and pierce with fork about three times each. Bake at 350. I would't add anything more to the steak. Just have steak sauce available incase your family like using it.
