The world was destroyed. Totally. Completely. The nuclear war has wiped out all the plants, the meteors evaporated seas, the land has become a desert. All animals, all people are dead, only ONE single gorilla survived the cataclysm.
So he wanders around in the half-darkness, treading dust, he's SO exhausted, SO hungry, SO thirsty... he browses among the rocks, searching for food desperately.
After hours of aimless walking, he is too exhausted and he lies down to die. Then he hears some noise from behind a rock. He gathers his last strength, crawls around the corner... and stares!!!
There is a small patch of green grass and a trickling waterfall. There is a bush with something red growing on it. And there, coming to him from the bush, is a beautifull female gorilla!
He can't believe his eyes, but still he hurries forwards to meet her. The femme gorilla grins to him, picks and apple from the bush and offers it to him.

And the male says:
"Stupid b*tch, are you crazy?! Do you want to start ALL that, ALL over again?! "

With millions of other species to choose from? Puleease. We're just another destructive animal. Something will move in to take our place pretty darn quick.

Don't believe me? try keeping weeds out of a garden sometime.

Perhaps he'd start something new. i don't believe God gives up just because things didn't turn out just as he would have wanted them to. He is creative and a risk taker. His ego isn't easily wounded.
