Thanks G, I sincerely appreciate your efforts.
But, given the fact I was a practicing Christian for over thirty years and became an atheist as the result of study, I seriously doubt you will change my opinions.
I hope to provide education to those who live in the bondage of superstition and fear. The truth will set you free.
Atheism is not for everyone and stepping out of the darkness required by religion can be very frightening. And, if a person requires imaginary friends to make it through the difficulties of life, that's okay with me.
I don't get (eternal) points for converting people, nor do I lose points if they don't convert.
But, why would you want people trapped in the bondage of ignorance and superstition?
Response:
I was a practicing Christian so I know how the game is played. You don't bother me one way or another. I do not allow others to project their guilt on me.
My honest opinions are expressed in my questions (most of which I asked myself as a practicing Christian), or my answers.
I have no reason to lie or pretend, it doesn't matter to me what other people believe.
Thanks for asking.
Atheism, the only logical choice.

Can you say "presumptuous"? How about "pompous"? J T has a right to believe as he chooses.
For some fine examples of Christian love, check out the answers to this question I asked a couple of weeks ago:

I think J.T. has faith. He has faith in what he believes. I can respect that. Would it be better if he found God again? Maybe to some, but probably not to him. Pray for him all you want, it can't hurt, and who knows, some day he may find God again, but if not, thats his choice, not anyone elses.

who's JT?
Sorry, I've found him.
I think that he is answering questions very fairly and logically. Unfortunately, I think that logic doesn't occur in your world
