pack your own dinner etc. make sure you work out during the day. by packing your own dinner you are ensuring you're not eating the food they have at work because they are usually bad for you. drinks lots of water and stay away from fizzy drinks. take a salad and lots of vegetables and fruit.

organise a meal plan for yourself as well and set goals and targets for your workout routine.

Lots of chili and beans, make sure to buy an exercise bike to get a good cardio workout 3 times a week.

Avoid too much coffee,Pizza,,Burgers and soft drinks. Try dinking warm milk and have fruits and fruit juices with you. Try a little bit of exercise before going to work. Avoid sweets , chocolates and alcohol at night.

stop taking food frm office..dont take high calorie fud...more of fibre and cereals... sleep for 6 hrs and do yoga and areobics together... some ppl put on weight due to stress also.. go for atleast 40 mins walk... and check with ur doc too...

If you really have no time to exercise, I suggest you eat less in the lunch. Replace carbohydrates with vegetables, meat and milk.

Try to treck while going to shop and trecking while coming back in the evening and you will see difference in just only one week
