karma
As I go through life, fixing my mistakes one at a time, I’ve learned a thing or two about Karma, and part of keeping good Karma is sharing it with others. I hope these notions help you as much as they’ve helped me.
Do good things and good things will happen to you. Do bad things and it will come back and bite you in the ***.
If you want a better life, you need to be a better person.
Bad luck might be contagious. It wouldn’t be fair to bring someone into your life until you clean yours up.
Never underestimate the power of confidence. And never underestimate fifteen beers, a little enlightenment, and the power of Rob Base and DJ Easy Rock.
A person needs a little rest after having his moustache tickled at a gay bar.
You have to do the hard things in life sooner or later.
If you want the reward, you have to do the work.
The secret to life is fixing all the bad things that you’ve done.
Whether picking up trash, returning stolen merchandise, or helping a homosexual find love, it always has the same reward… feeling good about yourself.
Karma. You got to love it.

Start concentrating on the outside instead of drowning inside. The best medicine is helping others - join a social work project. It will make you concentrate on helping the people less fortunate than yourself.
Write down, in point form how you got lost in the first place and go step by step to your current state. Read it aloud, understand every step and and then shred the paper into tiny pieces.
Try this, it works.
Take care

I say that to myself everyday.
No amount of running away will fix things, but it might help you to come to see things in another light.
I ran away more than a year ago... and keep on running. Im still lost. Things have become a little more clearer for me now, but every thing needs to be done in baby steps.
If you take drugs, stop.
Its such a suffocating feeling, but im sure that if you get away for a nice while you might come around a bit, see things in different lights. Well, to you, good luck.
If you come across any magical cures, send them my way.

maybe you could focus on your goals in life and live your life 1 day at a time not your whole life in 1 day bc thats more than likely how you would get lost in your life!!!!
but just dont think about everything that u have to do this week in 1 day do it as the week goes on because thats what i have to do most of the time!!!!!

Attend seminar at Landmark Forum. They are conducted worldwide. It helps to see who you are, what is your life and best part is it gives you the treasue of future in your own hands. It makes you realise your potiential to which you were blind. You will live powerfully. I say so because i got my life back & that too a different one than what i was living.
i had attended various seminars earlier, taken counsellings too... yet nothing worked for me. no meditation helped. no one had answers for me. i used to feel suffocated in my own body. After Landmark forum I have had experienced different things in same situation. I was unaware of possibilities that it has created.
May God Be with You allways

Your question isn't descriptive enough angel.
Wish I could help you, but I have no idea what your life consists of.
If you feel trapped by past decisions you have made, then that is easy, you just have to sit down and discover what is important to you, and make the adjustments accordingly.
Good luck x x

There is no magic answer different things work for different people. One thing that helps me is to tell yourself and know this to be true and that is "For things to change, you have to change" If you are not able to make big changes then start off small. You will be surprised and what a difference the little things make. Good luck.

First chart out your life plan. Are the things you are pondering about important enough to lose sleep over. The most important thing is to keep your mind calm and not react but act. You are your boss and nothing can demean you. Learn to love yourself. Yoga, religion are ways to keep yourself sane. Only you can break yourself free from yourself.
