Most Yugoslavian surnames end with "ic". Does anyone know how to pronounce that? I've read it's "ich" ---> like 'itch' or 'ik' ?

none of those.

the closest I can explain how to pronounce it (since there is no same sound in English) is t like in nature or the sound you hear in Italian ciao, or Spanish - mucho.

there is a different letter for the ch sound like in church and it is č.
ć is much softer.
English speakers pronounce our names with a ch sound but it is wrong.

-ič or -ić
ending is very common in southern slavic surnames, it derives from a diminuitive word, that used to mean something like "son of".
It is pronounced itch (or ich) like in the word "rich"
