Purely situational.
I've got into knock-down drag-outs with guys, but it was all in good fun: Sparring or just blowing off steam(like in a Mosh pit) no one was seriously injured, nor was that the goal.
In my book, if someone hits you, you have the right to defend yourself and/or retaliate to prevent damage. I've seen many a chivalrous idiot get the living crap beat out of him because he "wouldn't hit a woman", even when said female bigger and stronger than him.
Bottom line: Never hit someone in anger. If you're going to get into physical conflict, think about what is going to be said if the cops are called. If you are attacked in anger, make sure you're the one wearing the bruises when the cops show up.

just hold her down. Don't fight back, just prevent her from fighting, like by holding her arms. That way you're avoiding injury and you don't look like the bad guy!

CALL FOR HELP TO RESTRAIN THEM
OR FAKE IT AND FALL DOWN LIKE YOU FAINTED AND HOPE SHE DOESNT KEEP KICKING YOU...
BUT TELL HER PROVING WHO IS STRONGEST DOES NOT PROVE WHO IS RIGHT OR WRONG, AND BE STRONG, DONT GIVE IN TO OTHE FIGHTING,
IF SHE DOES INJURE YOU , FILE AN ASSAULT CHARGE, AND MAYBE SHE WILL STOP TRYING TO BE A TOUGH GUY OR COMPETE WITH A MAN
