Ok it was a light hearted film, not a horror, the guy starts out as a waiter in an arty club, he tries telling the customers (Arty artist types) he's an artist, and they belittle him, like he's a bit simple, and take the micky out of him. He then by accident kills his landladys cat, it got stuck in the wall, somehow, he stabs it through the wall, has to make a hole to get it out, so he gets plaster of paris to repair the hole, and his landlady arrives looking fot the cat again, so he hides it in the plaster. Whilst trying to dispose of the now set hard cat and plaster, he meets one of the arty customers, who is amazed at how life like the cat looks, and welcomes him into the arty circle, and the story develops from there. I think it was dubed in english, but may have been sub titled.

The detail above are acurate, it was not dummies, it was not vampires, and it was not pet cemetry which was a block buster based on the stephen king book, and not foreign and was in english.

It was NOT a foreign movie -- you have described it well, and it is one of my favourites: it's by the veteran Roger Corman ("Little Shop of Horrors" was his, about the same time!). It starred Dick Miller -- who also appeared in LSOH (as the flower-eating customer): it was called "Bucket of Blood" and it was released 1959.

most of the statues in my homestead city are of boxers city has produced. I knew maximum of them. those days city has began sandblasting quotations from writers linked with city onto public benches and the corners of homes. I knew somewhat a brilliant number of those writers too. ..... Prague has a surprising statue of Franz Kafka in character as Josef ok. (narrator of the two large novels). Dublin ought to circulate that way.
