sure... potato chips, ham, processed lunch meat, beef jerky,salami, pretzles,most other kinds of chips, such as tortilla chips,bacon,salted nuts, salted sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds, pickles, pickled anything,most processed"dinners" or meals, such as T.V. Dinners,pizza,"heat and eat" stuff like hot pockets, hambuger helper-types of foods,soda pop,dips for chips bought in the store..the list is endless. Read the labels on those packages and cans...you`ll be so surprised to see so much sodium in things you would never think had so much! From my heart...to yours! : )
