I agree that Lamisil cream used twice a day for 14 days is the very best way to kill ringworm. The best thing to do to prevent it is to wash your skin well after petting animals, and putting the lamisil on as soon as you see the earliest scaly patch. Good luck!

ringworm is a fungal infection, just like athlete's foot. An antifungal spray or cream should work....apply it twice a day....for at least 7 to 10 days. If you have cats or dogs....then this is probably where you got the ringworm from, and they need to get bathed in a special iodine shampoo, which will solve thier ringworm problem too. Just make sure that you don't use products made for a dog on your cat....you could hurt your cat....... best of luck to you........
