Fork their lawn! Stick marshmallows on the top of the forks when finished. Also, instant mashed potato mix in the summer is a sure winner when the sprinklers come on in the morning.

We used to toilet paper houses (trees, cars, anything there). Another prank we did on my friend's boyfriend who we saw a the movies with another girl was to put skunk oil on the door handles of his car so when they went to get in, they would get it on them and stink all night. Once we put a sign on the back of a guys car that said, "Honk for Kiss". He drove all around town with it on his car. If you access to the house and they are going to be gone until it is dark, then you can unscrew all the light bulbs in their house and stack all their mattresses on top of each other in the narrow hallway. (I had a lot of good, clean fun in college!)

MAKE a sparkler bomb and throw it though the front window of the neighbors house he hates the most. This way he gets the blame not you....make a tip to 911 and turn him in..works everytime.

Follow him to a mall or store and have a key move his car on him. Stick around til hes going ape!@#$ and ( from a distance) tell him where it is. lol
We did this and everyone had a good laugh.

Carry a spray paint and write FOR SALE on your neighbours car. along with a number he can reach you on. OR u can also write it on a FOR SALE sticker.

collect some dog poo & wrap it in newspaper & put it on their front porch,set it alight & knock on the door so when they come out they start stomping on it & the poo goes everywhere yuk!!!!!!!! have fun
