Asking for help is hard to do because you have to admit your flaws. Saying that you are sorry is hard because you have to admit your faults. Saying that you love someone should never be hard to do.

With some people by expressing our innermost thoughts and needs, it makes us vulnerable and thats why this can be uncomfortable, not necessarily weakness. It takes a very secure person to admit their faults or shortcomings.

because some people are wimps like that. They feel like it makes them appear weak, when in reality only people who have a lot of courage can do that. I don't know why its like that, but it sure seems to be the case with most of the people I've met.

When you tell someone that you re sorry,deep inside yourself you feel you re letting your guard down.The reaction is what you fear,Love can hurt and this is what you fear.........
