With a 35mm film camera, use slow shutter speed 1/30 of a second. Digital, just click. If you want to do a "screen capture" to send in a document, push the Print Screen key (next to F12 on the keyboard), then open a Works, Word, document and choose Paste.

You can download a free screen capture software called "gadwin printscreen" at www.gadwin.com.
This software will enable you to capture whole windows screens or just portions of them, you can also setup an activation hotkey, like F11 or PrintScreen, to automatically launch the application.
Once you've captured the screen item you can print it out or save it in different files formats directly from the Gadwin apllication.
