You can always visit a dentist if you have a lot. Other than that just brush your teeth.

Use one of the plaque mouthwashes - there are several brands on the market. They help cut down on buildup. If you see your dentist regularly (twice a year), they give you the fluoride treatment and clean your teeth for you. Unless you are having problems, that should be more than enough since you are already brushing twice a day.

plaque can be removed by brushing and flossing. Calculus can not be removed unless you see a dentist or hygienist that is why you should have your teeth cleaned at least every 6 months, to remove the plaque that has turned to calculus or tartar.

Results from tooth paste are totally insignificant the best way to whiten your teeth is by using Carbamide Peroxide, this is what dentists actually use and charge £300 per treatment.
We sell this for home use for around £20 and we also sell Laser kits. If you would like to know more please e mail me. or visit www.toothwhitening4all.com
Laser kits produce immediate results and they are inexpensive.

Even if you have not taken care of your teeth you will get amazing results. Just be carefull when parting money with a dentist, its cheaper to do your own at home we supply dentists with the same gels.

brush, floss, tooth picks and if it is really bad and not cleaning up go to your dentist. If you are under insured or poorer many schools of dentistry or schools for dental hygienists will clean teeth for a reasonable price. they need people for the students to practise on. the instructors are right there demonstrating and showing them how to do so the level of care is very high. check with dental colleges in your area.
