You obviously haven't tried to locate Paycom.net very hard! Go to your 'puter and type www.paycom.net and it will take you right to the site. I'll make it REALLY easy for you. Just click the link below, OK?

http://www.paycom.net

There are links right there on the homepage to help you out.

Paycom is one of the oldest on-line payment processors on the internet. They're billing something that you signed up for on-line. If the oft chance that fraud is involved, they will work with you to resolve the issue. Most likely they will only address the past two months billings, though. Normally you must challenge charges within 60 days of the billing date.

It sounds like your're taking the piss, Mate!

You need to read the details of the credit card agreement you signed with the bank - it's the type of thing hidden in the small print, and it may vary from bank to bank. It sounds possible that they might write this in if it's a bank's credit card.

contact the Financial Ombudsman if Capital One wont help. They have a liability and are able to stop payments and direct debits attached to your account.

Try calling and reporting it as fraud.... unless its an insurance or similar for maybe a recently bought electrical item?

I have Citibank. I saw a similar charge and I called Citibank and they took care of it immediately.

While calling them try not to give any more info than is necessary.

The problem is it may be a valid company that is doing services for some other company that you could be using.

If it was me I would go to the police, this is theft. You credit card company should also stop these payments, If you are telling them that they are not authorized.

when you call Capitol One, you will get a person in India named "Suzie".... from Texas.... who does not know the time or area code in Houston. Capitol one sucks.
I have closed my account with them.

then call your bank up and tell them you lost your card. so they will shut that card and anything on it off. and they will send you a new card with everything and that place wont have your info any more.
