Have cows chopped to give you a type of meat that might be small enough to munch and then use powders of some sorts or all sorts to fix up with the taste (don't forget to include salt, Raw meat can taste bad) then you put oil in a frying pan and then heat the pan (not the oil) after that check if the oil is hot by dropping one drop of cold liquid (prefrably water) if it is hot it may splash with a sound then what you do is put he meat into the oil for a while until it becomes brown (the meat not the oil) then remove from the pan (meat not the oil) and filter the excess oil from the meat and let it cool down before eating. Kofta is similar but you have to make the meat into small pieces and try to combine them with an adhesive

both of them are non veg mughlai dishes . kabab is minced meat mixed with spices and grilled and some of them are fried deeply .koftas are also minced balls mixed with lots of spices and cooked with curry. they are sooooooooooo much delicious and i just love them .You can find it in most of the muslim countries like from turkey to middle east then to iran , pakistan and India .
