Did God allow the bible to be interpreted so many differnt ways by so many differnt religis groups? if so why? Or is man just creating all these differnt religions so as to not abide by one or another of gods laws that we found to be too difficult? Im a congregationalist myself and it seems while all the chrisitian religions have a founding in christ we interpret his message very differntly at times. I know that faith in our father and saviour is the main outcome but the ways to get there just seem to differ so greatly i wonder if god did this to make us grow stronger in our own beliefs or if the devil interviened and cast this shadow of doubt on some to break the one true church (not neccisarily saying its mine) apart? I just wonder if in all our "acceptence" of others beliefs is what God truley had in mind when he sent Jesus to save us or if we should lay minor diffrences aside, stop the fighting amungst differnt sects of christianity, and join forces for the betterment of this world

Simple answer.

Religion = an idea that requires leaders to express itself.

Leadership = a chance for having power over others

Religion = power

Perfect example = Pope

Different religions= different power struggles.

Thats why new religions appear and some diminish through history..
Nothing will ever change till the aliens re establish on erth.
They created mankind anyway..

Perphaps. Or perphaps things would be different if you never heard of any of this from your own birth and had to experience the world by yourself. I wonder if you'd have found all of these conclusions then. Always something good to ponder. But if we're born from nowhere and we're now here ( the space being the only difference from nowhere and now here) The only possible reason for existance would be to serve, making things better for all until we meet singularity after death beyond all planes of consciousness and understanding.

Well one thing for sure is we all have minds of our own that are shaped by different experiences and what were taught which will always cause conflict between what we think and what others think.We are not robots all programmed the same.
Even in our doubts about how were seeing things its harder to be openminded to how another sees things so accept that there are these divisions and Just do what you know is acceptable to God, such as loving your neighbor as yourself, love one another, love your enemies....

The world is just getting worse by the day and we almost cannot know for certain whose right ....

that's why the Bible is there for us to correct and teach us
Religions???
well......God took Israel out of Egypt and then He took the church out of Israel so the next time He is planning to take His Believers out of the church or Religions ...

In all, we can see that God looks in the Heart of man not their appearances...

Something I find beautiful about the bible is its flexible interpretation. One can truly make it say anything, it's pure genius. "Seek and you shall find", what a great idea! Therefore if someone wants to use it to justify war, no problem; or peace, it's there; hate, love, tolerance, intolerance, heaven, hell, nice god, angry god, whatever you want you'll find. I can just see god sitting back and watching his kids interpret scripture according to what they want it to say. I don't think its content is so important, rather it's what you're looking for, that's the free will part.
