I think that refers to the spoon position, where the man is behind the woman lying down together. Very comfortable, and nice as I remember, it was one of my Wife's favorites.

"66" is ok........"69" is better........but "77" is the best! (77 is just like 69, but you get 8 {ate} more.....69+8=77)
