Definitely, but what that life is like who knows? It's so strange to have lost someone close to you knowing that they had asked the same question. Now they know, but we don't. I see life as a journey. I am not afraid of death. Death is a part of life. I think of it as a new chapter.

Life does not begin nor end.
"Conscious awareness" is not "life," it is part of being an animal. When our brains stops functioning, we lose conscious awareness, but our bodies continue "living" and evolving into other life forms.

Yes. everytime someone dies there soul loses all memory and then goes into a new life with a new body.

I hope so. It would really be annoying to find out that the only thing that happened after I died was that my body rotted in some coffin.

That question is definitely a controversial one. I am a Christian, but I also believe in reincarnation--that once a person dies, their soul/spirit goes to God, aand stays with him until he is born in another body. There is a right answer, but only God knows it; only he knows what happens after we die. God bless!!
