Surprisingly, it is an online serevice. It's free and it is called Windows Safety Live. It worked better than anythng else for me.
It is a bit slow, but finds everything from spyware to "evil"registry keys.

I propose, don't get one. I extremely have never used one and my laptop runs nice for an prolonged time. each and every time it gets too slow or virus comes I basically reformat and it gets back to velocity. :)
