If they have true feelings for you they will let you make the first move. (Sexually speaking). They will not rush you.
However if they bring it up once and you tell them you are not ready and they give no argument, then there is a good chance their feelings are true. However As many tricks are exposed new ones are invented, so some guy out there will wait and then still leave.
Trust your gut instinct, There will be red flags popping up if he's a creep.

it doesn't matter, as long as u feel u wanna being hit, just let him hit and run. But if u have doubt and want it to genuine then u better don't gamble on it. People change.

Unfortunately its almost impossible to tell. People are very nice when they want something. Its really up to you if you think he's worth the risk. If you truly like the guy, don't let your fear hold you back.
