am involved with someone, am told am loved by them, and trust them, but there are a couple of problems, ie there is a 11 year age difference, ( i am older....21 and 32) and the ex is still on the scene, but am told only as friends..........theres just something at the back of my mind that keeps sending off alarm bells, an i have had enough of it! any brutally honest advice would be appreciated pls! cheers!

where there is smoke there is usually fire.
if you have any doubt in your mind then there must be a reason/cause for concern.
the age gap is nothing but the ex that stays on the scene is bad news.
love is something you feel and you just know when you loved by someone and you also just know when they not being honest with you.
Give your boyfriend an ultimatum tell him to sever all ties with his ex or you leave if he says he cannot you have your answer,,

look sometimes you need to have a talk with this person and tell them how you feel...and see how they feel about you honestly...and i do think that some ex's can be "just" friends because I've been there... talking it trough can clear thing up better than anything

I know this may be difficult to hear, but always follow your instinct. Tell this person how you feel, and continue to follow your instincts from there. You will feel better about yourself and your relationship.

why "test" how he feels about u-ask him then either believe him or leave him
