Since last 3-4 years, I am having a severe pain on my right shoulders and till date I am suffered of it. Doctors say that there is problem with the nerves and also my case is mysterious. When I am in rest position, it seems like nothing had happened. But when I try moving my hand about my shoulder, it pains as if it had factured. Also i can't carry up the heavy load (not even 2 kg ). I know it problems with the nerves and the veins.
Can anyone please suggest me some treatment or recommend me a doctor? Please help me.

Try massage and Yoga? Both can relax your body.

Find someone who can massage your back ... preferably a man with some 'manual dexterity' ... Lie on the FLOOR on your stomach, with your head on a towel, and put your arms up so your hands are 'palms down' with your thumbs pointing at your ears. Tell the one who will do the massage to STAND up next to your shoulder blade, lean forward and press down HARD with the fingertips, so the tips go slightly UNDER your shoulderblade (the shoulderblade is in the BACK, not in your shoulder) and tell the person to 'rub' with the fingertips until the person doing the massaging can feel the muscles start to relax ... keep rubbing until those muscles are 'loose.' Then sit up on the bed and have the person doing the massaging sit behind you and work on BOTH shoulders, starting at the neck and working out to the shoulder 'joint' (between your arm and your body). You will have some immediate relief, but you'll need to have this massage EVERY DAY, TWICE A DAY for a full month before everything is 'back to normal' again. I KNOW this works, because I had what felt like a migraine and some distinct 'shoulder pain' at the same time ... the doctor showed my husband what to do and how long to do it (about ten minutes on the floor, ten minutes sitting, twice a day for a month) and I NEVER AGAIN hurt that badly. What is 'happening' is called a 'long cramp' ... it has been building up over time in the muscle that is right below (under) your shoulder blade ... if you don't get it loosened up now, you'll start to get headaches on that side of your body, too ... headaches so bad you'll throw up. Take two aspirin in the morning, two at halfway through your day, and two more at bedtime until you don't feel that pain any more ... ASPIRIN, not acetominophen or ibuprofen. IF the aspirin doesn't help the pain, try ibuprofen. Sometimes one works and the other doesn't work, but you'll need to give the aspirin AT LEAST 48 hours to 'work' well enough (or not) before you 'switch' medicines.

I had a similar issue after almost dying on an x-ray table. They had to cut me open there to save my life. It took hours and it was weeks before the pain subsided to the point where I didn't need narcotics. ( the pain I had was exactly what you are talking about, the surgery was something else, BTW) I had to go to physical therapy and slowly work my way back to full mobility. They would place this mixture that was warm on my shoulder (It was made from ground corn cobs) and would soak my hand and arm in warm wax before we did anything else. Then I would do exercise. Painful, PAINFUL, Painful exercise at first. Each day I got a little better and eventually it went away. I couldn't tell you what it was called as I was 12 and had to worry about the next 4 years in the hospital for my other condition so medical terms were the least of my concern back then. But I would go to a pain management center and ask that they see you and refer you to a specialist. Often, they see a greater variety of ailments than a family doctor.
